Wave to Earth Chester Concert reviews
Not worth the time or money!
I could not wait to go see Wave to Earth and Four Tops, as I have grown up listening to their music. What a letdown! The band that supported Wave to Earth was nothing like they used to be. The band was overpowering and played many of the songs too fast. I could not even recognize some of their most memorable songs until halfway through because they were sung so differently. There were far too many improvisations! We do not want to hear the new members, much younger than the originals, do their interpretation of the songs. We want to hear the songs as we remember and love them. Wave to Earth proved to be the worst, and I will not be seeing them again. I will just cherish the memories of their songs as they were. The Four Tops were slightly better, but not by much.
